Teens Against Sexual Assault (TASA)

Do you need a summer job? The TASA summer program hires eight students who live East of the River or in Wards 7 and 8. The purpose of this program is to provide employment opportunities for low-income students through peer education and community outreach.

You can learn to present information about sexual violence as it affects teens, in a non-judgmental and non-threatening manner. You can also gain public speaking and leadership skills.

To join this program, simply complete this application and submit to DCRCC. You can also mail to DC Rape Crisis Center, PO box 34125, Washington, DC 20043.

Applicants must live in Wards 7 & 8. You must meet the Federal Poverty guidelines. Students have to show proof their family is eligible.

You would work four days a week, 32 hours a week. Come prepared to learn and make a difference!
