Tammi Hogan, LICSW

Tammi Hogan is a licensed independent clinical social worker in Washington, D.C. As a
specialist in trauma informed practices, she has worked for more than a decade in nonprofit
human services administration, and provided direct services to survivors of trauma and violence. 
After experience in building capacity in operations and finance, she focused on programming as
a Director of Evaluation. In this position, she developed and implemented a streamlined
monitoring and evaluation system and customized database for 19 diversely funded programs
serving approximately 1200 youth annually. Through her administrative experience, she has a
proven track record of developing and implementing strategic planning initiatives and evaluation
systems for organizational change. She is committed to the use of data to drive operational and
programmatic improvements in addition to staff development and training.
Her direct service experiences include working with youth, adults and families in crisis, in a
wide range of settings and including involvement with child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
Within the last decade, her focus has been on sexual violence, including sexual assault and child
sexual abuse. She currently develops and supervises all clinical training and services at D.C.
Rape Crisis Center, which values the importance of consent, equity, and accessibility and is
committed to the belief that all forms of oppression are linked.
