Provide crisis counseling, support groups, court advocacy, and outreach for battered women and their children. This is also a shelter.

Eligibility

Must be Alexandria resident and for shelter must be actively in danger.

Services available primarily to Arlington County Residents. Group and
individual counseling. Companion services are upon request. Accompany survivor to hospital and courts. Has ongoing support groups for violence but only periodic ones for sexual assault. Advocacy, referrals, and community education.
